Exchanges and refund requests

All tickets purchased from Royal Collection Trust are non-refundable, however exchanges are considered in certain circumstances.

All exchange requests must be made by calling the Ticket Sales and Information Office on +44 (0)303 123 7300 and will incur a £2.00 exchange fee.

Regrettably we cannot process exchanges via our contact us form, via email, or once the visit date and time has passed.

1-Year Pass

Complimentary readmission with the 1-Year Pass is subject to availability.

We strongly advise that repeat visits with the 1-Year Pass are booked in advance. This can be done by telephoning the Ticket Sales and Information Office on +44 (0)303 123 7300. Please note that a transaction fee of £2.00 is payable on all telephone bookings.

Pre-booked tickets will not be posted to you but can be collected from the ticket counter on the day of your visit on production of your signed and stamped 1-Year Pass and proof of signature.

Tickets Purchased from Third Parties

If you have purchased tickets through a third party, you are guaranteed entry if your voucher states a date and time of arrival. We cannot guarantee entry if you do not arrive at this time.

If you have purchased your ticket from a third party and wish to make changes to your booking, please contact the third party directly. We are only able to assist with bookings made directly with Royal Collection Trust.

Tickets purchased via third parties are not valid for the 1-Year Pass.

Visiting with the London Pass

If you have a London Pass you are not able to book an entry time in advance. Please present your London Pass on arrival to gain entry at the next available time slot.
