Hi, TV model 50A6HAU purchased just a few months ago. I'm attempting to fit a TV streamer to suit hearing aids. This streamer worked flawlessly on my previous TV. It's inputs are only optical and AV. The AV works only via the headphone socket but this doesn't suit my needs as it switches off the TV's speakers and others can't listen! The optical cable does present a red light and enables my app to switch but there's NO AUDIO ! Yes I have tried another optical cable to no avail. I repeat everything works as normal using AV inputs. Others have checked connections and searched menus with no answer. A picture of the popular TV streamer is supplied. Optical cable was plugged into the pink socket marked 'in' The other socket allows a 'pass through' for sharing to other equipment. When TV is on illuminated front lights show power and signal. I can only add one image. Others can be sent if necessary. I'm totally perplexed and disappointed and almost convinced that the TV has a fault. Please advise further. Barry
