Inform the Government of Ontario of your Business Address Change

Ministry of Finance

To change your address with the Ministry of Finance, fill out the online form. This can be done online, or you can mail it to the address found on the form or fax it to 1-866-888-3859.

Service Ontario

As you have a registered business address, you have the responsibility of notifying the Province of Ontario about the change. You must do it within 2 weeks of your business address change.
